When can I start earning points?
Points are not available yet. We’ll publish the earning rules, participating locations and rewards before membership opens.
Do I need to use finger recognition?
No. Finger-vein recognition is an optional feature we’re exploring alongside digital and physical loyalty cards. Our aim is to offer equivalent rewards whichever check-in method you choose; final terms are still to be confirmed.
Is this a payment or credit card?
This is a loyalty membership. It does not provide a payment account, credit or a card you can spend with. Any future payment features would have their own eligibility checks, provider terms and launch information.
Where will the pilot be available?
We’re still confirming locations and participating partners. We’ll announce availability when membership opens.
Can I use Sally today?
Yes. Sally for iPhone and Chrome have download links above. App access is separate from membership.
What happens when I join the pilot?
You can register your interest now. We’ll save your details and email you a confirmation. This does not activate a membership or issue a card; nothing is charged.
