What is Sally?

Sally is the HeySalad family of AI assistants for food inspiration, shopping plans and everyday tasks. The membership page describes Sally as a companion for meal inspiration, shopping plans and getting a little time back.

An app download and a HeySalad membership are separate today. The website says included AI allowances and cross-app benefits will be announced with the pilot. It does not publish those allowances. App screens on the website are illustrative.

You can read a longer note in the journal, Meet Sally, or go to Sally on the homepage.

TODO for PeterConfirm this description still matches Sally for iPhone and the Chrome extension before publication. It is taken from the membership page and the 26 September 2026 journal note.
